As we enter a new quarter, I want you to consider mapping our a strategy to increase your audience base by growing your email subscribers. Last weekend was my first weekend in like a year that I didn't open my computer one time and it was by far the best weekend I've had in like 6 months. The killer part is that I really didn't do anything but be present with my husband and my baby. I wasn't rushing to get back to my computer, or complaining about my to-do list.

I was present and engaged and we had a blast.

I'm preparing for a busy season in my business and wow my spirit and soul really needed it. If you haven't taken a care free weekend for yourself in a while, I encourage you to just shut it down for 48 hours and take a breather. The world will not end. No one will die.

It'll be great. Trust me.
