📝 Take Fast Action: List 3–5 career wins or challenges you’ve helped solve for others in your 9-to-5, with a client, or even informally that you are confident you can replicate. What were the quantitative/qualitative results of your solution?
2. Solve a Real Problem
A signature offer isn’t just a bunch of skills thrown together—it’s a solution to a problem your ideal client is actively trying to solve.
Ask yourself: Who needs this skill? Why would they pay for it now?
📝 Take Fast Action: Talk to 3 people in your industry or niche. Ask them what’s challenging them right now and how they’ve tried to fix it. How can your premium skills help them to solve their problem?
3. Build a Simple Framework
Your framework is the how—your unique and repeatable process that helps your client achieve their desired transformation.
Ask yourself: If you were trying to help a client solve the problems listed in step 2, what 3–5 steps would execute to deliver the transformation?
📝 Take Fast Action: Map out your method. Give each step a name.
You don't need to have all of the answers to start a profitable consulting business.
