Reader, I'd been thinking about changing the name of the newsletter for a while, but nothing was really clicking. 2. Define Your Vision Statement
Your vision statement should answer the question: "What do you hope to achieve in the future?"
Your vision should paint a picture of what success looks like for you, your business, and the people you serve. It’s the big picture—the end goal you want to reach.

- Focus on the long-term impact of your work and the legacy you want to leave.

3. Keep It Simple and Authentic
Your mission and vision should resonate with who you are and why you do the work you do. Keep them simple, direct, and aligned with your personal values.

- Take 10 minutes today to jot down your thoughts on the mission and vision of your personal brand.
- Write down why you do what you do and the impact you want to make, then turn those thoughts into two short, clear statements.
